By accessing or using One Trillion Brackets (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the Site.
2. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. The Bracket App
The Site provides an interactive collection of brackets for entertainment and discussion. We make no warranty that bracket data is accurate or that the Site will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
4. User Conduct
- No scraping or automated data collection without prior written consent.
- No posting of content that is unlawful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Respect intellectual‑property rights when sharing bracket data outside the Site.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Site (code, design, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may link to public brackets but may not reproduce the Site’s source code or design without permission.
6. Privacy & Cookies
The Site itself does not store personally‑identifiable information. However, we use third‑party services:
- Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics (cookies may be set by Google).
- Google AdSense to serve contextual ads (cookies and ad identifiers may be set by Google).
By using the Site you consent to Google’s use of these cookies as described in the Google Privacy & Terms. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt‑out or your ad‑settings.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed USD 100.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
10. Voluntary Contributions (Tips)
You may choose to send an optional monetary tip through third-party services (e.g. Venmo). Tips are purely voluntary; they do not purchase any product or service and are non-refundable, except as required by the payment processor’s policies. Tips are not tax-deductible. By tipping you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s permission). All payment information is processed directly by the third-party service and is subject to its privacy policy.
